These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlorAI – AI Garden Design mobile app for iOS and Android, our Web App at https://app.easygarden.ai, and this website at https://www.floraigarden.com, all operated by Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”, “FlorAI”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use FlorAI.

Your Account & Subscriptions

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our payment processors and managed via RevenueCat.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your store account.

Acceptable Use

Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, sexual, or harmful.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services.
Do not use FlorAI to generate misleading content about real people or properties without permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and inputs you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them through our AI providers (including OpenAI, Replicate, Fal.ai, Microsoft Azure, and Google Firebase) solely to deliver the AI Garden Design, AI Garden Planner, AI Plant Scan, and AI Plant Health features and to improve the Services.

AI Output Disclaimer

FlorAI generates AI garden design ideas, AI landscape design ideas, plant identifications, and plant care suggestions for inspiration and early-stage planning. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your real garden. FlorAI does not provide construction-ready landscape plans, drainage, irrigation, grading, permits, engineering advice, or guaranteed plant health diagnoses. For real renovations, hire a qualified landscape professional. For serious plant disease or pest issues, consult a local nursery or extension service.

Third-Party Services

FlorAI uses RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

Intellectual Property

FlorAI, the FlorAI logo, and all related branding, software, and content (excluding your user content) are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or use FlorAI in a way that creates risk for us or other users.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
